This policy applies to all partners within the JobWorks Agency Partnership Program. Our digital portal is designed to empower service agencies to onboard clients, process critical government and financial documents, and manage commission payouts efficiently.
2 Data Handling by Service Category
By using the JobWorks Portal, you authorize the processing of data required for the following services:

3. Commission & Payout Information
To facilitate the "Earn Commissions" feature, we collect Agency bank details and transaction history. This data is used strictly for calculating payouts and tax compliance (TDS) related to your agency earnings.
