Once a customer has paid, the application is offered to a provider for that service. Accept it in time, or it goes to the next provider.

The JobWorks workspace puts the government portal on one half of the screen and the customer's form and documents on the other.

Need an OTP, a slot or a clearer document? Ask from the workspace: the customer answers on their JobWorks page. No phone calls.

Each completed application earns its fee once JobWorks checks and approves it. Your money page shows every fee and transfer.

How to join
Register online

Your details
Name, mobile and email. We email you a link to continue on your PC.

KYC and documents
Your ID and the proof of your qualification or centre.

Live photo and video
A live photo and a 5-second video of you holding your ID proof, taken with your camera.

Services and agreement
Pick the services you know and accept the provider agreement.

Plan and payment
Pay for your plan. We check your registration and email you the result.
The rules
Customers trust you with their documents
- Keep location on while you work. JobWorks asks for your location when you sign in.
- Ask for OTPs only through JobWorks. Never call, SMS or WhatsApp a customer for an OTP or a password.
- Keep nothing. Do not save, copy or share customers' documents outside the workspace. Every time a document is opened, it is recorded.
- No direct deals. Never ask a customer for money or take their work outside JobWorks.
- If you break a rule, you can be fined, lose the work, or have your account closed.
